Mountain Valley Conference

In recognition of their outstanding accomplishments and contributions in the classroom, in their communities and in athletic competition, the young people pictured below have been recently selected “MOUNTAIN VALLEY CONFERENCE SCHOLAR-ATHLETES“ for the recently completed fall sports season.  At a luncheon, attended by the honorees, their parents, coaches and school and league administrators, the following (pictured below, l-r) were recognized:  Jimmy Catina from Stroudsburg-golf;  Robert Getz from Pleasant Valley-football;  Mya Snyder from Pocono Mountain East-girls’ cross country;  Lauren Heckman from Pleasant Valley-girls’ tennis;  Emma Menio from East Stroudsburg-South-girls’ volleyball;  Ali Davenport from Pocono Mountain West-field hockey;  Joshua Cohen from East Stroudsburg-South-boys’ cross country;  and Josh Miller from Pocono Mountain West-boys’ soccer.
